Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Saturdays and Sundays, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

For your reservation to be validated, you must send proof of payment along with the following information:

- Full name

- Date of birth

- ID number or passport number

- CPF (if applicable)

- Phone number

- Email address

- Check-in time

- Names of other guests (if applicable)

We accept the following payment methods for reservation confirmation:

- Pix

- Bank transfer or deposit

- Credit card

- Cryptocurrencies (stablecoins such as USDT and USDC)

For payments via Pix, transfer, or deposit, you must send the proof of payment by email or WhatsApp.

The reservation will only be considered confirmed after payment has been received.

If, for any reason beyond our control, the reserved accommodation becomes unavailable, Casa Ibirapuera will offer the guest the option of:

- Exchanging for equivalent accommodation; or

- Full refund of the amounts paid.

Check-in time: 2pm to 10pm

Guests must inform us of their arrival time in advance and provide a valid phone number. Without this information, check-in cannot be completed.

If you wish to arrive before 2:00 p.m., you can leave your luggage at the hotel upon prior notice. If the accommodation is available and the guest wishes to check in between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., an additional fee of 50% of the daily rate will be charged, to be paid in advance.

Check-ins between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. will be charged as an additional night corresponding to the previous day.

Check-out time: until 12 p.m.

The accommodation must be vacated by 12 p.m. on the day of check-out.

After this time, guests may leave their luggage at the house and return to collect it later.

If you wish to remain in the property until 8 p.m., a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rate will be charged, payable upon arrival.

- In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount paid for the reservation will not be refunded.

- There will be no refund of the rental or reservation amount in case of early departure.

- Changes to reservation dates are subject to availability and must be approved in writing by Casa Ibirapuera.

Casa Ibirapuera reserves the right to immediately terminate the stay, without refund, in the following cases:

- Occupancy above the permitted limit

- Disturbance to the neighborhood or disrespect for the village rules

- Organization of unauthorized parties or events

- Consumption of illicit substances

- Entry of pets (not allowed)

- Failure to pay the full daily rate

All guests must respect the rules of coexistence of the House and the village, especially the quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.

The District Court of São Paulo - SP is elected to settle any doubts or conflicts related to the accommodation.
